Bedford Man Indicted On Fentanyl Death Resulting Charge That Killed Merrimack Woman: Indictment Roundup
Nashua man indicted on child assault, witness tampering charges; thief indicted on another theft charge; teen indicted on DWI-crash charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Tylor C. Angers, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on Dec. 17, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, in May 2019 in Rockingham County Superior Court and October 2023 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North, Angers was convicted on theft charges.
Andrew Avallone, 23, of Summit Road in Bedford, on a felony dispensing of a controlled drug-death resulting charge. He was accused of dispensing a fatal dose of fentanyl to Isabella Spain on Oct. 30, 2024, in Merrimack.

Shauna Anna Baldi, 50, of Charlton Circle in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Oct. 30, 2024, in Nashua.
Erin K. Masson, 44, of South Fremont Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Jan. 31 in Merrimack.

Jason McCarthy, 43, of Ash Street in Nashua, on two tampering with witnesses and informants and five second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of assaulting a child by grabbing her face, stomping on her foot, kicking a door into her, causing a facial injury, and pushing her twice on Dec. 11, 2024, Jan. 30, and Feb. 18 in Nashua. McCarthy, on Feb. 21, attempted to get the child to withhold information during a forensic interview, and on Feb. 27, attempted to get a man to falsely deny the Jan. 30 assault, according to the indictments.
David Gerard McKenna, 46, of Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a 2002 Toyota Highland belonging to another man in Hudson on Aug. 31, 2024.
Jake Ryan Meeker, 17, of Mullen Lane in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of having a blood alcohol concentration level of more than 0.02 and causing a crash with serious bodily injury on Aug. 30, 2024, in Pelham.

Jade Alexandra Unice, 47, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug act: control of premises in Hooksett District Court in October 2023.
Darlen Vertullo, 49, of an unknown address, on fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, both felonies. She was accused of exercising unauthorized control over payroll and accounting systems of NextGen Mortgage in Nashua between March 25, 2019, and Dec. 21, 2023, in Nashua.
James West, 37, of Beech Street in Manchester, on a felony subsequent possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 22 in Nashua.
Aaron White, 47, of Rosecliff Drive in Nashua, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Dec. 18, 2024, in Nashua.
Hayden Wilburn, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua, on falsifying physical evidence and four controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and alprazolam, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on Oct. 30, 2024. Wilburn was also accused of removing a backpack and throwing it under a vehicle while Nashua police were pursuing him on June 3, 2024.
Adam David Young, 39, of Raleigh Drive in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Oct. 15, 2024, in Nashua.
