Franklin, Lowell, And Nashua Drivers Charged With Drunken Driving: Merrimack Police Log

MERRIMACK, NH — Phillip Allen Cullen, 52, of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:44 a.m. on March 29, 2025, on a felony operating after certified as a habitual offender charge.

Chad Stephen Hirtle, 28, of Nashua, was arrested at 11 a.m. on March 28, on a theft by unauthorized taking-$1,001 to $1,500 charge in Manchester.

James Matthew Donnan, 49, of Merrimack, was arrested at 6:34 a.m. on March 25 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

Madison Elizabeth Kantor, 20, of Merrimack, was arrested at 9:43 p.m. on March 24 on a manufacture-possess false government ID charge.

Clement Erisha, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. on March 24 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Sophia R. Piso, 27, of Franklin, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. on Feb. 8 on driving under the influence and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges.

Franny M. Almonte, 39, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. on Feb. 8 on driving under the influence and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges.

Gerard Baron, 55, of Merrimack, was arrested on a negligent driving charge at 4:38 a.m. on Feb. 5 in Merrimack.

Sarah Nicole Colburn, 40, of Peterborough, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on Feb. 5 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Paul R. Stauffacher, 46, of Pembroke, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on Feb. 4 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation.

Michael J. Parrott, 60, of Merrimack, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on Feb. 4 on two domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Darren William Elmore, 36, of Merrimack, was arrested on a violation of a protective order charge in Merrimack at 2 p.m. on Feb. 2.

Genser Avidan Coronado Rodriguez, 23, of Nashua, was arrested at 9:54 a.m. on Feb. 1 on an operating without a valid license charge.

Jennifer Louise Clarke, 46, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Feb. 2 on driving under the influence and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges as well as an open container violation.
