Join Merrimack's 4th of July Celebration This Year

Merrimack officials are seeking residents to be a part of the annual 4th of July Parade.

MERRIMACK, N.H.. - Merrimack officials are seeking residents to be a part of the annual 4th of July Parade.

The Town of Merrimack's Annual 4th of July Parade will be held on Wednesday, July 4 and begins at 1:00 pm at the Commons Shopping Plaza which is located at 515 Daniel Webster Highway.

Officials are currently looking for community groups, business or individuals that are interested in being part of the parade. The Town of Merrimack’s parade is one of the largest Independence Day Parades in the state of New Hampshire. It features a wide range of bands, militia units, festive floats, local businesses and much more.

All groups must pre-register to be part of the parade. If you are interested in participating in this year's event, please visit the Parks & Recreation website at http://www.merrimackparksandrec.org/parade.html and visit the 4th of July page. On this page you can access the online parade float application. Parade application will only be accepted until Wednesday, June 27th so be sure to register soon.
