Local Interact Club Volunteers Spread Love at Bridges by EPOCH
Interact Club members are connected to a local Rotary Club, are from towns throughout Greater Nashua and are between the ages of 12 and 18

In a heartwarming display of community spirit, members of the Interact Club of Souhegan Valley dedicated their Thursday evening to brightening the day for residents at Bridges® by EPOCH at Nashua. Armed with colorful decorations and an abundance of enthusiasm, the young volunteers between the ages of 12 and 18, transformed the windows of the memory care community into a vibrant celebration of love ahead of Valentine's Day.
Bridges by EPOCH is renowned for its specialized care for individuals grappling with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Recognizing the power of small gestures to make a big difference, the Interact Club, sponsored by Nashua’s Souhegan Valley Rotary Club, took it upon themselves to spread joy and cheer among the residents.

The sight of Valentine-themed decorations adorning the windows brought smiles to the faces of both residents and staff alike. The initiative not only added a festive touch to the environment but also served as a poignant reminder of the importance of human connection, particularly for those facing memory-related challenges.
Interact Club President Sabrina Moore, a high school senior, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. "Volunteering at Bridges by EPOCH was such a rewarding experience for all of us. Being able to brighten someone's day, especially in a community that provides such compassionate care, is incredibly fulfilling," she remarked.
