A Merrimack man was arrested on Sunday for stalking after his alleged victim filed a complaint with Merrimack Police.
Dean Girouard, 46, of 9 Camp Sargent Road allegedly followed the victim on several occasions and even followed the victim to their place of employment, according to a press release issued by Merrimack Police Capt. Peter Albert.
In both situations, police say that Girouard put the victim "in fear for their personal safety."
Girouard was later released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on Jan. 30.
