Lowell Man Arrested On Multiple DUI Charges: Merrimack Police Log

MERRIMACK, NH — Cheri Ann Boyden, 63, of Merrimack, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2024, on two warrants and a bench warrant as well as a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Ryan D. Duval, 36, of Hudson, was arrested on two warrants at 12:42 a.m. on Sept. 14.

Christopher William Jordan, 23, of Keene, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. on Sept. 10 on a felony operate after certification as a habitual offender charge.

Ricardo Solivan, 61, of Merrimack, was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on Sept. 9 on a driving while intoxicated charge.

Michael Kenneth Reid, 41, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:17 a.m. on Aug. 17 on aggravated driving under the influence, DUI, and DUI-second offense-adult more than 0.8; minor more than 0.02 charges.

Derek Robert Powell, 37, of Merrimack, was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on Aug. 16 on two domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Manuel A. Batista Delos Angeles, 34, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:07 p.m. on Aug. 16 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation.

Julio A. Gomez, 59, of Lowell, MA, was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension charge at 12:57 a.m. on Aug. 16.
