NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Keith Hanley, 20, of no fixed address in Merrimack, on four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping and fondling a teenage girl on March 30 in Merrimack. Tasha Hayes, 47, of Lumb Avenue in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Merrimack on Aug. 7, 2024.

Chad Hirtle Jr., 28, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 12 in Nashua.

Trinity Mansfield, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Broad Street in Hollis on July 28, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Brandon Marsocci, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Jan. 11 in Nashua.

Seeda S. Sam-Sok, 27, of Meetinghouse Road in Merrimack, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocybin charge on Dec. 26, 2024, in Merrimack.

Juan Santos, 34, of Beech Street in Nashua, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. Between March 7 and March 11, in Hudson, he was accused of attempting to induce a woman to falsely inform by instructing her to file a motion at the clerk’s office and “see a judge about dropping charges.”

Wade Somero, 34, of Philmart Drive in New Ipswich, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of attempting to induce another to withhold testimony by communicating through a third party that she should be lenient on him and not proceed to trial on Jan. 27 in New Ipswich.

Jason Taylor, 37, of Wildflower Drive in Pelham, on financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled, or impaired adult and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing personal property and other financial resources of two people between April 18, 2019, and Oct. 28, 2024, in Hudson.

Yesenda Torres, 50, of Boston Road in the Bronx, New York, on a felony identity fraud charge. She was accused of placing her picture on another person’s passport to pose as them on March 11 in Hudson.
