Manchester Man Arrested On Animal Cruelty Charge: Merrimack Police Log

MERRIMACK, NH — Joe A. Fabbrini, 55, of Manchester was arrested at midnight on Aug. 3, 2024, on a cruelty to animals; negligent charge.

Ashley Denise Annis, 35, of Sanford, North Carolina, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on Aug. 2 on a driving under the influence charge.

Tracey Minor, 51, of Lancaster, South Carolina, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on Aug. 2 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge.

Logan Michael Posey, 21, of Gilmanton was arrested at 3:31 p.m. on July 31 on a criminal mischief charge.

Riley Paul Winter, 22, of Contoocook was arrested on a warrant at 1:50 p.m. on July 31.

Juan Carlos Carrion, 39, of Nashua was arrested on a warrant at 5:40 p.m. on July 30.

Heidi Grove, 38, of Merrimack was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on July 29 on a DUI charge.

Brianna D. M. Kenyon, 24, of Manchester was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:15 p.m. on July 28 and on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge.

Wendy Ann McKeon, 54, of Merrimack was arrested at 8:27 p.m. on June 7 on reckless conduct and domestic violence-simple assault.

Brandon Lavoie, 23, of Nashua was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on June 7 on an operating without a valid license charge.

America Isabel Alcaraz, 22, of Nashua was arrested at 5:51 p.m. on June 6 on aggravated DUI-0.16-plus, DUI, disobeying an officer, reckless conduct, two conduct after an accident, and two criminal mischief charges.

Andrew John Marks, 46, of Merrimack was arrested at 9:04 p.m. on June 5 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

A 15-year-old was arrested on a criminal mischief charge at 3:50 p.m. on June 2.
