Merrimack High School Top 10: Lily Farrell, No. 3

MERRIMACK, NH — Lily Farrell is honored to be a part of the Top Ten of the Merrimack’s Class of 2024.

She would like to thank her family, friends, teachers, coaches, and mentors for their continuous support throughout her education.

At MHS, Lily particularly enjoyed her time in her math and science classes, especially Honors Algebra 2, AP Statistics, AP Calculus, Honors Biology, and AP Chemistry. During her high school career, Lily also involved herself in several clubs, including the National Honor Society and National Math Honor Society, where she served as Co-President, the Math Team, and the Interact Club. Lily has been able to give back to the community, tutor her classmates, and challenge herself through her commitment to these activities.

One of Lily’s most memorable activities at Merrimack High School has been her four years of participation on the Varsity Outdoor Track and Field Team. During this time, Lily found a love for sprinting, especially the Triple Jump, which she focused her time on. She would like to thank her coaches, past and present, for helping her achieve her goals within the sport.

During the past 10 years, Lily has been a competitive dancer outside of school. Her passion for dancing has only grown over the years and she is incredibly grateful for the lifelong friendships and memories she has made from her team and coaches.

In the fall, Lily will be attending the University of New Hampshire as a student in the honors program, where she will be majoring in nursing. Lily hopes to continue to give back to her community and help those in need in her future career.
