Officers say they spoke with the operator of the vehicle, identified as Jacob Schiltz, 21, of Merrimack. He is accused of driving while intoxicated and reckless operation.
This incident continues to be investigated by the Merrimack Police Accident Investigation Team. At this time, police say excessive speed and alcohol appear to be contributing factors.
