Merrimack Man Accused Of Felonious Sexual Assault Of A Minor; Arrested in Nashua
Keith Hanley, 20, was arrested in Nashua after an investigation by Merrimack police and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

MERRIMACK, NH — Merrimack police have arrested a man from Merrimack who was accused of sexually assaulting a person under the age of 18.
Merrimack police received a report of a possible sexual assault, and the Criminal Investigations Bureau immediately began investigating the allegations. After interviewing witnesses and the alleged victim, it was determined that Keith Hanley, 20, had sexually assaulted a juvenile under the age of 18, according to a police release.
An arrest warrant was generated for one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault, a felony.

Merrimack police arrested Hanley on Thursday near a park on Bridge Street in Nahsua, with the assistance of the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC), the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, and the Southern New Hampshire Special Operations Unit.
He was held on preventative detention and was expected to be arraigned Friday.
