Merrimack Man Indicted On 5 Gun Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Felon indicted on gun charge; NY men indicted on theft charges in Merrimack, Hudson; Nashua man indicted on drug, credit card fraud charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Derek Lennartson, 53, of Pine Street in Nashua on fraudulent use of a credit card, theft by unauthorized taking, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges, all felonies. According to the indictments, he knowingly used another person’s credit card to buy more than $1,500 worth of items from Best Buy and Home Depot in Nashua on Nov. 12, 2023, took a package containing Under Armor clothing which was owned by another person on Nov. 22, 2023, in Nashua, and possessed the drug on Dec. 13, 2023, in Nashua. Lennartson was previously convicted of theft charges in superior courts in November 1995 and March 2015 and of a drug sale charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in August 2020.

Theodore Pearson, 59, of Palmeri Drive in Merrimack on domestic violence and four criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of brandishing a gun and threatening five people, including a family member, with it on March 23 in Merrimack.

Alexi Ramos, 33, of Locust Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges. Between Sept. 22 and Oct. 26, 2020, Ramos was accused of exercising control over the money of others to further home construction projects that were not unauthorized.

Donald Roberts, 42, of East 136th Street in New York, New York, on identity fraud and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of posing as another to access $2,000 at Citizens Bank in Merrimack on March 8.

Michael Roig, 33, of Abbott Street in Nashua on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felon in possession charge. He was accused of possessing a 9 mm Taurus firearm on March 24 in Nashua. Roig is a felon due to an acts prohibited conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in July 2017.

Raul Rojas Norena, 36, of Chestnut Street in Chelsea, MA, on a felony organized retail crime enterprise charge. He conspired with Jairo Giron Valdivieso, Elydel Zorilla, and Maya Castillo to steal merchandise at the Sunglass Hut in Merrimack on May 27, 2023, according to the indictment.

Laniel Mateo Rosario, 30, of Stauton Street in Yonkers, NY, on two felony theft by deception charges. He was accused of creating a false impression by having another person to deposit more than $1,501 twice into a TD Bank account in Hudson, believing the account belonged to AAF International when Rosario knew it did not on Oct. 2 and Oct. 11, 2022.
