Merrimack Man Indicted On Child Strangulation, Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Nashua man faces strangulation charge; teen indicted on burglary charge; Milford, Hudson drug indictments; Londonderry man accused of theft.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Rudy John, 43, of Great Road in Acton, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Oct. 18, 2024, in Nashua.

Marc A. Labbe, 52, of Hawkstead Hollow in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a family or household member on Feb. 16, 2025, in Nashua.

Craig Lyons, 35, of Old Peterborough Road in Temple, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on South Street in Milford on Nov. 5, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender in January 2023.

Adam Masseur, 36, of Brinton Drive in Nashua, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges. The drug charge stems from an incident in Merrimack on Aug. 27, 2024. Previously, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Merrimack District Court in October 2010. Masseur was accused of attempting to steal merchandise from Target in Nashua on Oct. 23, 2024. Twice before, he was convicted on theft charges, in Nashua District Court in November 2009 and Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2010.

Sean McNamara, 62, of Temple Street in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and cocaine, on Sept. 17 and Sept. 22, 2024, in Hudson.

Danuel Enrike Morales, 19, of Lake Street in Nashua, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Columbia Avenue in Nashua on Dec. 8, 2024.

Jeremy Morales, 35, of Sparhawk Drive in Londonderry, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing tools from a loading dock in Nashua on April 26, 2024.

Justine Owens, 47, of Elm Street in Milford, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Sept. 6, 2024, in Milford.

Brett Weston, 45, of Camp Sargent Road in Merrimack, on second-degree assault, three aggravated felonious sexual assault, three pattern-aggravated felonious sexual assault, and five felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting, fondling, and strangling a girl between Jan. 25, 2019, and Oct. 9, 2024, in Merrimack.

Aaron White, 47, of Rosecliff Drive in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on April 18, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted of drug possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in October 2022.
