Merrimack Man Indicted on 7 Aggravated Felonious Sex Assault Charges
Christopher Slayback was also indicted in October on two similar charges.

A Hillsborough County Grand Jury has indicted Christopher Slayback on additional charges for aggravated felonious sexual assault of a young teenager back in 2003.
Slayback, 42, of 2 Maple Ridge Road, Unit 15, Merrimack, was indicted in October on a pair of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. Court documents say Slayback sexually assaulted a teen between the ages of 13 and 16, who was living in the same household at the time, on two separate occasions on June 7 and 9, 2003.
In December, a grand jury indicted him on an additional seven charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault. According to court documents, three of the instances are alleged to have happened in Nashua between June 7 and Aug. 31, 2003. The remaining four instances are alleged to have happened between June 7, 2004 and Jan. 5, 2005 in Litchfield.
All seven of the new charges constitute an "extended term felony" and could carry a sentence of up to 10-30 years in prison and up to $4,000 in fines for each charge.
An indictment is not a finding of innocence or guilt but rather a grand jury's determination that there is enough evidence to move a case forward to trial.
