Merrimack, Windham Residents Arrested On DUI Charges: Police Log

MERRIMACK, NH — Jason David Kerkhoff, 37, of Merrimack, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2025, on suspension of vehicle registration and manufacturing, sell official inspection-registration sticker violations.

Jeffrey Alan Morton, 48, of Merrimack, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Feb. 28 on two domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Michael Neuberger, 37, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on Feb. 26 on receiving stolen property, a felony due to two prior convictions, theft detection shield use, and resisting arrest or detention charges.

Nathaniel W. Liberty, 39, of Merrimack, was arrested at 6:32 a.m. on Feb. 25 on driving after revocation or suspension and deal-possess prescription drugs charges as well as a suspension of vehicle registration violation.

Brannon L. Collins, 30, of Nashua, was arrested on a warrant at 6:39 p.m. on Feb. 25.

Jeremy Michael Ingersoll-Smith, 26, of Nashua, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. on Feb. 23 on an operating without a valid license charge.

Michael Edward Sarnie, 28, of Windham, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. on Jan. 9 on a driving under the influence charge.

William Joseph Gray, 49, of Merrimack, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Jan. 7 on a violation of a protective order charge.

Steven Richard Boulia, 67, of Merrimack, was arrested on a DUI charge at 1:05 p.m. on Jan. 7.

Avi R. Figueroa, 34, of Merrimack, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on Jan. 6 on disobeying an officer and operating without a valid license charges.

Ann Marie Shea, 49, of Merrimack, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. on Jan. 5 on a DUI charge.
