Milford Man Charged With DUI For A 3rd Time: Merrimack Police Log

MERRIMACK, NH — Scott D. Jowders, 29, of Milford, was arrested at 10:31 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2024, on a driving under the influence-third offense charge.

Elijah Joel Albitz, 19, of Merrimack, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. on Oct. 26 on an operating without a valid license charge.

Tiffany Marie Hyman, 37, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:46 p.m. on Oct. 26 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation.

Jon Anthony Moore, 18, of Merrimack, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on Oct. 26 on driving under the influence and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges.

Devan M. Foley, 38, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on Oct. 26 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Jonathan Phillip Vertigans, 40, of Merrimack, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on Oct. 19 on a warrant.

Melvin Larios Garcia, 56, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Oct. 19 on aggravated DUI-0.16-plus, DUI, and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges as well as an open container violation.

Stefanie K. Theriault, 40, of Merrimack, was arrested on a warrant at 2:45 a.m. on Oct. 15.

Shalyne Noel Fortier, 37, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Oct. 25 on felony operating after certification as a habitual offender and DUI charges.

Anthony William Aladegbemi, 18, of Bedford, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on Oct. 15 on an operating without a valid license charge.
