Nashua Woman, Mont Vernon Man Face 2nd DUI Charges: Merrimack Cop Log

MERRIMACK, NH — Kathleen M. Driscoll, 35, of Nashua was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2024, on driving under the influence-second offense and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as a suspension of vehicle registration violation.

Candace Anne Koltz, 75, of Merrimack was arrested on a domestic violence-simple assault charge at 9:19 a.m. on Aug. 22.

Siliva Gabriela Maiani, 57, of Merrimack was arrested at 11:21 p.m. on Aug. 21 on domestic violence-simple assault and criminal mischief charges.

Sean D. Geddes, 43, of Merrimack was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:04 p.m. on Aug. 21.

Daniel A. Gillis, 45, of Merrimack was arrested at 3:54 p.m. on Aug. 21 on driving after revocation or suspension and motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock device charges.

Dady Durone, 33, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. on Aug. 20 on a suspension of vehicle registration violation.

Kenneth Faucher, 42, of Mont Vernon was arrested at 6:49 p.m. on Aug. 19 on a DUI-second offense charge.

Alex William Cummings, 23, of Greenfield was arrested at 4:59 p.m. on Aug. 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation.
