2. Who You Callin' Irrelevant? If you're reading this, then you are not among the 15 percent of adults who find the Internet to be irrelevant.  That, according to a new Pew survey in which the Internet was also deemed to be too difficult to use.  Of American adults ages 18 and older who do not use the Internet, 34 percent said the Internet was not relevant to them, according to the results of a survey released Wednesday. By that they meant they're not interested, they don't want to use it, or they have no need for it.  Another 32 percent of non-users said it was too difficult or frustrating to go online. Fear of spam, spyware and hackers also kept people from logging on, according to the report.

5. Older Ladies, Forget About Omega-3 for Memory: Researchers who had you convinced that eating fish and ingesting omega-3 fatty acids for your memory were misguided, according to more researchers. You can read it for yourself, but looks like omega-3s aren't doing anything to improve your memory. So forget about fish and go grab a burger.
