Arlene Harrison Hunt: Lived a Life of Good Spirit, Waited Tables for 25 Years at Green Ridge Turkey Farm

Arlene (Harrison) Hunt, 83, of Lowell, Mass., died peacefully at her home on Thursday, June 27, 2013 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Boston on February 22, 1930, she was the daughter of the late James and Alberta Harrison. She attended Arlington High School. Never shy of hard work, Arlene served as a waitress at the Green Ridge Turkey Farm in Nashua, NH for 25 years.

Arlene lived a life full of good spirit, humor, and tenacity. She is survived by two sons, Bruce Hunt of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Mark Hunt and his wife, Maureen Cavanaugh of Wayland, Mass.; one sister, Joan Healy of Lowell; two brothers, Jim Harrison of Ossipee, and Mark Harrison of Ft. Lauderdale; and two grandchildren, Elaine Hunt and Jameson Hunt.

Visiting hours Mon. 5-7 p.m. A memorial service with Reverend John Megyesi will be held Mon. at 7 p.m. at the Donal Funeral Home, 106 Middlesex St., Chelmsford, Mass. Memorials may be made in her name to the VNA Care Network & Hospice, 5 Federal Street, Danvers, Mass. 01923.
