Blast from the Past for Andruskevich Family

Joe and Greg Andruskevich will be honored at Holman Stadium July 4.

Tonight Greg Andruskevich and his dad, Joe, will be inducted into the Holman Stadium Sports Legends Hall of Fame, before the fireworks display. It's a good week to wax nostalgic. To that end, Greg Andruskevich submitted this photo and information:

"The year, 1963, the Nashua VFW Bantams football team which went 35-0  in three seasons, won the Greater Boston Football League too. Coaches, from left standing: late George Sargent, Don Grandmaison, George Tebbetts; far right, Joe Andruskevich, Greg Andruskevich, Roland Morrissette of VFW. I was a junior at Bishop Bradley High School in Manchester. Grandmaison and Tebbetts were all stars for Nashua High, Grandmaison went to Michigan and Tebbetts to Cornell.  Photo is taken outside of Holman Stadium, right field side. No. 77 is John Jay Dufour the present assistant basketball coach at Southern New Hampshire University. No. 11 is John Landry, brother of pro quarterback Greg Landry.
