Nashua Cal Ripken 12 year old tournament team, competing in the NE Regional tournament in New Milford Connecticut, defeated New Bedford, Massachusetts, 5 - 4 on July 20.
Nashua awaits the winner of the New Milford Connecticut vs. North Hampton, Massachusetts, game which is 5:30 p.m. July 22, to determine the team Nashua will play in the New England Regionals, hosted by New Milford, Connecticut.
The top two finishers in the state tournament hosted by Nashua (Nashua runner up; Exeter "state champs") will represent New Hampshire. The tournament winner represents New England in the World series held in Aberdeen, Maryland.
