Concord Sex Offender Arrested In Nashua: Police
Thomas Martel, of Concord, is required to register as a sex offender for life after his sexual assault conviction in Coos County in 2009.

NASHUA, NH — A Concord sex offender was arrested in Nashua Tuesday, police said. Thomas Martel, 30, was charged with duty to report, a felony. Martel failed to complete his semi-annual sex offender registration, according to Nashua police Lieutenant Robert Page.
Martel refused bail and was held in custody pending an arraignment Wednesday.
Martel was convicted of sexual assault in 2009 in Coos County and is required to register as a sex offender the rest of his life.
