Couple Charged for Selling Heroin, Second Offense for Both

Nashua Police POP Unite arrested Dale Orr and Melissa Kimball for alleged sales of heroin in Nashua.

A Nashua couple was arrested by Nashua Police Department's Problem Orientated Policing (POP) Unit for selling heroin:

Melissa Kimball, 24, of Country Barn Motel, 507 Broad Street, Apt. 39, Nashua, was arrested for two counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug, heroin, second offense; and two counts of criminal liability for the conduct of another, second offense the conduct being the unlawful sale of narcotic drug, heroin.

Dale Orr, 21, of Country Barn Motel, 507 Broad Street, Apt. 39, Nashua, was arrested for two counts of unlawful Sale of narcotic drug, heroin, second offense, and one count of criminal liability for the conduct of another, second offense the conduct being the unlawful sale of narcotic drug, heroin.

Kimball and Orr are both being held on $100,000 cash bail and were being held at the Nashua Police Department pending their arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court scheduled for December 5, 2013.
