Police remain at the scene of a single-car crash on one-way Library Street, which happened early Wednesday morning.
A red car with front-end damage appears to have hit a pole on the curve as Court Street becomes Page Street. An accident reconstruction team was working at the site, which was taped off on Court Street near the American Legion, and also on Page Street, just beyond the crash. Motorists should avoid the area until the scene is cleared.
Library patrons can still access the library by following Temple Street to Cottage Street.
