Dominican Woman Pleads Guilty to Dealing Fentanyl in Nashua
A Dominican Republic woman pleaded guilty today on charges she distributed fenyanyl in Nashua.
NASHUA, N.H. - A Dominican Republic woman pleaded guilty today on charges she distributed fenyanyl in Nashua.
According to a release from United States Attorney Scott W. Murray, Helen Pamela Flores Feliz, 28, has most recently been residing in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Prosecutors said Feliz sold fentanyl to an cooperating individual in Nashua on several occasions from May of last year to this past Feburary.
Prosecutors said when the defendant was arrested, she attempted to assume a false identity and possessed a fraudulent birth certificate, driver’s license, and United States passport.

Feliz's hearing has been scheduled for August 20.
“Today’s guilty plea sends a strong message: The Diplomatic Security Service is committed to making sure that those who commit identity theft face consequences for their criminal actions,” said William B. Gannon, Special Agent in Charge of the Boston Field Office of the U.S. Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service. “Diplomatic Security’s strong relationship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and other law enforcement agencies continues to be essential in the pursuit of justice.”
