The Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Patrol Division arrested Alan Coon, age 64, of 71 Old Colony Road, Mason, New Hampshire. Coon is charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.
On July 2nd at 1:42 pm, patrol officers were dispatched to 375 Amherst Street for a report of a dog left inside a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers met with the vehicle owner, Alan Coon. It was determined Coon is wanted by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in California for a stolen vehicle offense. The warrant was issued November 25, 2009.
Coon is being held without bail pending arraignment in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on July 3, 2013 and extradition to the State of California.
