Join the Giving: St. Joseph 54th Annual Christmas Basket Project
Blessing of the gifts will take place Dec. 20, before distribution.

This season of giving St. Joseph Hospital will help 75 local families in need.
As it has for the past 54 years, St. Joseph Hospital this year again worked with local schools, social service agencies and parishes to identify families who needed assistance during the holiday season. Each department of the hospital and affiliates have adopted a family and will donate gifts based on the family’s needs and wants.
This falls in line with the hospital’s mission of helping people which also includes access to quality healthcare, assistance with affordable prescriptions, and food and clothing.

The St. Joseph School of Nursing alumnae began this Christmas tradition in 1959 with a part for needy children. The idea became so popular among employees that it was expanded to include all employees of St. Joseph Healthcare
Delivery of the food and gifts will take place on the morning of Friday, December 20 after the blessing.
