Man Arrested Inside Nashua Business Early Monday Accused Of Theft
Benjamin McDonough was taken into custody and charged with burglary after police said they responded to an activated security alarm.
NASHUA, NH — A 26-year-old man was arrested early Monday after being accused of breaking into a Nashua business, according to the Nashua Police Department.
Police said Benjamin McDonough, of no fixed address, was taken into custody inside the business and charged with burglary, a Class B felony.
A police spokesman said the department was not ready to reveal the name or location of the business, which the department referred to as a "commercial structure."

McDonough was transported to the Nashua Police Department and he refused bail, police said. He is scheduled to be arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on Tuesday, authorities said.
According to police reports, at 1:21 a.m., Nashua PD officers responded to the commercial structure after the building's security alarm was activated.

At the scene, officers located McDonough within the commercial structure, police said.
The department said the suspect had unlawfully entered the property and allegedly had committed theft. McDonough was arrested at the scene, according to the Nashua PD.
