Right Man in Exact Right Place and Time to Save Toddler
Quick thinking and past CPR/rescue training made all the difference in this harrowing incident.

Matthew Pulomena of Nashua should be called Mr. Right from now on, for what he did Wednesday morning.
Pulomena was working a landscaping job on Sharon Road in Windham when the desperate screams of a mother at the house next door got his attention.
Pulomena, 24, looked up to see the woman with her 3-year-old son's body over slung over her shoulder as she crouched next to her family pool.
She had just pulled the boy's lifeless body out of the water.
"I just took off and hopped the fence and ran next door and hopped up on their deck. There he was just laying there, and I felt for a pulse and there was no pulse and he wasn't breathing."
The former Belmont firefighter was the right man at the right place and time – he knew what to do, and started administering CPR.
