Bradford Mullane, 32, of Nashua, entered a guilty plea Dec. 4 in U.S. District Court in connection with the July 15, 2013 robbery at TD Bank on Main Street in Nashua.
According to U.S. Attorney John P. Kacavas, Mullane walked into the Nashua branch at 191 Main St., and handed a handwritten note to a teller, demanding money. He then made off with more than $1,200 in cash. Mullane, who faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and criminal fines of up to $250,000, will be held pending sentencing, which is presently scheduled for March 12, 2014.
Nashua Police give credit to the public, who responded to a call for assistance through the media in identifying the bank robber's image, captured on surveillance video. Mullane was arrested two days after the robbery.
