Man Wanted for Selling Heroin Spotted, Arrested

An officer spotted Daniel Hebert, wanted on an outstanding drug-related warrant, while driving on East Hollis.

Daniel Hebert, 57, of 7 Gillis Street, Nashua, was arrested Sept. 23 by Nashua Police charged with two counts of sale of a narcotic drug, heroin, a felony.

Police say at approximately 5:17 p.m. on Sept. 23 a member of the Narcotics Intelligence Division observed Hebert operating his vehicle on East Hollis Street. Already aware there was an active arrest warrant, Nashua Police patrol units were notified and subsequently conducted a motor vehicle stop. Hebert was taken into custody and transported to the Nashua Police Department. The arrest warrant stemmed from a narcotics investigation which took place over several months targeting the downtown Nashua area.

Hebert is being held on $50,000 cash bail and was transferred to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending his arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court scheduled for September 24, 2013.
