Manchester Teen Charged with Nashua Burglary

Kyle Sanborn, 18, of 558 Montgomery St., Manchester, was arrested Dec. 11 by Nashua Police. Sanborn is charged with burglary, class B felony.

On September 22, 2013 at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers responded to a north end Nashua residence for the report of alarm activation. Upon arrival, Officers learned that a burglary had occurred. The incident was furthered by detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division and as a result, an arrest warrant was issued for Kyle Sanborn. Sanborn was located in Manchester and arrested without incident.

The class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Sanborn is being held on $5,000.00 cash or surety bail pending an arraignment in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on December 12, 2013.
