Mass. Man, 23, Charged for Sex with 15-Year-Old in Nashua
Patrick Potter was held on $75,000 cash bail.

Patrick Potter, 23, of 1 Rockdale Ave., Lowell, Mass., was arrested by Nashua Police Dec. 4 on a warrant for felonious sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, both class B felonies.
The arrest stemmed from an investigation conducted by the department’s Youth Services Division that began in late August. It had been reported to the Nashua Police Department that Potter had sexually assaulted a 15 year-old female that was known to him. During the course of the investigation it was learned that Potter had solicited the girl multiple times on line and in person for sex in June of this year then later engaged in sexual relations with her at a residence in South Nashua on two separate occasions during the course of the summer.
Nashua Police Department patrol officers were able to take custody of Potter after he was located and arrested by Massachusetts authorities as a Fugitive from Justice in Lowell, Mass. Potter subsequently waived extradition and was brought back to New Hampshire by Nashua officers. He has been charged with two counts of Felonious Sexual Assault and nine counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all Class B Felonies.
