Mass. Man, 25, Arrested for Alleged Sex Assault of Girl, 15
James Santiago faces two additional charges of felonious sexual assault.

James Santiago, 25, of 1 Wright Way, Ayer, Mass., was arrested in Nashua Dec. 13 charged on a warrant with felonious sexual assault, a class B felony.
On November 15, 2013, Nashua Police Youth Services Division received a complaint that Santiago had been involved in a relationship with a 15 year old female that was known to him and that he had engaged in sexual relations with her in Nashua on three separate occasions between December 2012 and February 2013. Based upon a subsequent investigation by the Youth Services Division, a warrant was sought for and issued for Santiago’s arrest. Santiago turned himself in at the police and was taken into custody without incident. Two other charges of felonious sexual assault are being brought forward against Santiago for the two separate related incidents.
Each Class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment in State Prison, exclusive of fines. Santiago was released from the Nashua Police Department on $25,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment in 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on January 2, 2014.
