
On July 15, 2013 at 9:08 PM, members of the Nashua Police Department Uniform Field Operations Division arrested Frank Moore, 29, of Salem, Mass., for three counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, Class A Felony, and one count of Sexual Assault, Class A Misdemeanor.
On July 12, 2013 at 4:11 a.m. uniformed patrol officers responded to a local hospital for a report of a sexual assault. Contact was made with a female juvenile victim, under the age of 16, who reported that she had been sexually assaulted by a known assailant several hours earlier. A subsequent investigation by the Youth Services Division revealed that Moore was the person responsible for the alleged sexual assault.
A Class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A Class A Misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year in the county jail, exclusive of fines. Moore is being held on $75,000 cash bail pending arraignment in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on July 16th, 2013.
