More Problems for Fred Fuller Oil

Customers are again complaining about delayed deliveries and phone issues.

Customers of Fred Fuller Oil are once again complaining about delayed deliveries and an inability to get a hold of anyone at the Hudson-based company by phone.

WMUR-TV reports that some customers are being told that there is a 10-day wait to get oil, and others say they can't get through to the company by phone. All this during one of the coldest stretches of the winter.

On its website, Fred Fuller Oil has posted the following message:

"Due to the cold weather we are experiencing an increase in call volume. We apologize in advance to anyone who is having a hard time getting through to our offices. Please email info@fullers.com if you are not able to get through by phone. We are monitoring emails and trying to get back to people as fast as we can."

The problems are similar to issues the company experienced back in January. During that time, phone woes also resulted in customers not receiving deliveries as promised. That led the state to set up an emergency hotline for residents who were in danger of running out of home heating oil during the cold snap.
