
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Dec. 17 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Affected areas: Central and northeast Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, including Nashua. Snow accumulation will be between three to five inches.
Snow will begin between 10 a.m. and noon Tuesday becoming heavy briefly before tapering off in the evening.

Winds Northeast 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph, temperatures in the teens to mid-20s.
