Nashua Man Arrested After Being Accused Of Selling Crack Cocaine
Eric McNeil was charged with sale of a controlled substance. He also had outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court.
NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested Thursday and is accused of selling crack cocaine and of missing previous court appearances, the Nashua Police Department said.
Eric McNeil, 41, was charged with one count of sale of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), which is a special felony, police said.
The Nashua PD also said that McNeil has two Capias warrants for non-appearance in court issued by the Hillsborough County Superior Court-Northern District and one electronic bench warrant for non-appearance in court issued by the 9th Circuit District Division —Nashua Court.

After his Thursday arrest, McNeil was held without bail, and he was scheduled to be arraigned at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-Southern District on Friday, police said.
According to police reports, in July 2021, members of the Nashua PD Narcotics Intelligence Division began an investigation into McNeil's narcotics sales.

Based upon information learned during the investigation, Nashua PD detectives obtained an arrest warrant for McNeil, the department said.
At approximately 12:56 p.m. Thursday, McNeil was taken into custody by members of the department's Problem Oriented Policing Unit, the Nashua PD said.
Nashua police said it urges citizens with information concerning illegal drug activity to call the department's Narcotics Hotline at 603-594-3597 or utilize the Nashua PD's website.
