Nashua Man Arrested In Connection With Railroad Square Shooting
Brennan Bergerson has been charged with felony assault, falsifying evidence and felonious use of firearms after a man was shot 4 times.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested Monday in connection with Sunday's shooting at a Railroad Square business that left another man with four gunshot wounds and serious but non-life-threatening injuries, the Nashua Police Department said.
Brennan Bergerson, 22, was taken into custody at approximately 6:11 p.m. Monday and has been charged with four counts of first-degree assault, a Class A Felony, one count of falsifying physical evidence, a Class B Felony, and one count of felonious use of firearms, a Class B Felony, police said.
Each Class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years in state prison and each Class B felony is punishable by up to seven years in state prison.

This past March, Patch reported that Bergerson was indicted in the Hillsborough County Superior Court-Southern District for possession of cocaine after being arrested with 3.3. grams of the drug.
The Nashua PD said Bergerson currently is being held on preventative detention at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections and he is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-Southern District.

According to police reports, at approximately 1:12 a.m. Sunday, Nashua police officers were dispatched to a Railroad Square business after reports of shots fired, the department said.
When officers arrived, they discovered an adult male who had been shot four times, according to the Nashua PD.
Detectives with the Nashua PD's Criminal Investigation Division and patrol officers began an investigation, and they identified Bergerson as a suspect, the department said.
The Nashua PD said numerous pieces of evidence were collected and a warrant was issued for Bergerson's arrest.
Police have not publicly identified the victim in the case.
Initial reports about the shooting based on witness accounts suggested the incident had been between a man and woman and a man. One man reportedly spat at the woman, and the second man allegedly shot the first man.
