Nashua Police Investigate Late-Night Shooting

Police were apparently searching for at least one person who may have been involved in a shooting late Thursday night, after a report of gunshots fired in the area of West Hollis and Ash streets around 11 p.m. 

Nashua Police Sgt. Joseph Molinari confirmed there was an "investigation" underway "in the Tree Streets" just before midnight, but would not confirm that it involved gunfire.

Just after 11 p.m., however, an emergency alert went out concerning "shots fired" in the area of Palm Street, with shell casings recovered and a police search with dogs was ongoing for "a subject wearing a red jacket."
