2 Relief Funds in Place for Widow of Fire Victim

Calling hours are July 15 with a memorial service set for July 16.

NASHUA - Alfred James “Jim” Demeusy, 65, of Nashua, NH, died Wednesday, July 10, 2013, the victim of a tragic fire at his home on Carlisle Road.

Jim is survived by his wife of 37 years, Clara Demeusy; four sons: Matthew (Elizabeth) Demeusy, Andrew (Amanda) Demeusy, Luke Demeusy, and David Demeusy; his mother, Winifred Wright, and his siblings, Michael Demeusy, Carol Groom and Dianne O’Dowd.

Jim was born in Bay Shore, NY. on August 1, 1947. He was a United States Air Force veteran and served in the Vietnam War. In addition to a 30-year career in computer programming, Jim loved photography and shared this passion with everyone he knew. His family could always count on his support. His friends often relied on him for his computer and website design skills.

SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held on Monday, July 15 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the Anctil-Rochette & Son Funeral Home 21 Kinsley St., Nashua. A memorial service will be held the following morning at 9:00 AM at the Nashua Seventh-day Adventist Church, 20 Robinson Rd, Nashua, NH 03060, followed by a private interment. A reception for family and friends will be held at noon (location to be announced).

The family would like to especially thank the community and local churches and businesses for their incredible support, encouragement and comfort after the loss of the family home.

Clara’s friends and coworkers from the Medical Records department at St Joseph Hospital have opened a fund in her name. Donations can be made by sending them to the “Clara Demeusy Fund,” c/o St Joseph Hospital Credit Union, 172 Kinsley St, Nashua, NH 03060.

Christ Presbyterian Church has also established a fund to provide financial assistance to Clara Demeusy. Donations can be made to the “Clara Demeusy Relief Fund” and mailed to: Christ Presbyterian Church, PO Box 336, Nashua, NH 03061.
