
On Jan. 10, 2014 at approximately 7:27 p.m. members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau arrested Justin Sanchez, 22, of 34 Orange St., Apartment 2C, Fall River, Mass., on an active arrest warrant charging him with Duty to Inform, Class B Felony.
During an investigation by the Nashua Police Department’s Special Investigations Division, it was discovered that Sanchez was a registered sex offender who failed to comply with his duty to inform and report, in person, changes in his information of his sex offender registration as required. A warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest.
A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment in State Prison, exclusive of fines. Sanchez refused bail and is being held at the Nashua Police Department pending his arraignment in 9th Circuit-Nashua District Division Court on January 13, 2014.
