State Police Report Drownings, Fatalities Over July 4 Weekend

Fatalities include a 26-year-old Nashua man.

It was a tragic week on the roads and waterways of New Hampshire during the Fourth of July holiday due to several reported deaths from car crashes across the state, and four reported drownings.

Fatal crashes happened in the following communities:

  • A motorcyclist was also seriously injured in a crash on Route 101 in Hampton Sunday after police said he  failed to slow down coming up to a toll plaza.
Drownings were reported in the following communities:
State Police also report 28 DWI arrests from July 4-7.
