Third Strike for Theft of Pressure Washer from Home Depot
Charge against Britt Mara elevated to a felony due to two prior theft convictions.

Britt Mara, 36, of 68 Croteau Court, Apartment 3-209, Manchester, was arrested by Nashua Police July 16, charged with felony theft after allegedly stealing a pressure washer from a Home Depot.
Police said Mara was charged as a felon due to two prior theft convictions under NH's "three strikes" law which applies to habitual offenders.
Mara is charged with theft by unauthorized taking, third strike, class B felony for a July 16 theft at the Home Depot in Nashua, police said.
A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Bail was set at $2,000 cash or surety pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division Nashua Court scheduled for July 17, 2013.
