Wow. That was fast. 

No sooner did we post today's Visions for Vacancies than we heard that two of the vacancies are filled. Of course, we had nothing to do with it.

"We have a signed lease with Enterprise Bank for 86-88 Main Street, where Bippity Boppity and Renaissance Downtown were," said Harry Dumont, senior vice president for the Lannan Company, which manages that stretch of properties. "They're projecting a November opening."

That means there are two spaces left to fill, for 90-92 Main St., where Slawsby Insurance and Cast-Offs Emporium were, and that listing is available for viewing on Loopnet.com.
