No sooner did we post today's Visions for Vacancies than we heard that two of the vacancies are filled. Of course, we had nothing to do with it.

"We have a signed lease with Enterprise Bank for 86-88 Main Street, where Bippity Boppity and Renaissance Downtown were," said Harry Dumont, senior vice president for the Lannan Company, which manages that stretch of properties. "They're projecting a November opening."
