What's Your Vision for These Main Street Vacancies?

Tell us what you'd like to see in these prime downtown storefronts.

There are currently four vacancies along Main Street that have become available within the past few months – five if you include the old Saffron Bistro, which we featured last time.

Bippity Boppity Baby, Renaissance Downtowns, Slawsby Insurance and Cast-Offs Emporium, 86-94 Main St., are all empty storefronts. Bippity Boppity Baby has become an online only store, Renaissance Downtowns has downsized and moved into the Hunt Building, Slawsby Insurance moved to Merrimack, and COE, a consignment store that opened in 2011, has closed.

These are some great locations, prime downtown real estate. Tell us what kinds of businesses might have a chance to succeed here, and best serve the public as well as the downtown, especially with the city's new branding campaign coming soon. What is Nashua's downtown lacking that might be a great selling point to foot traffic, visitors and new residents?

If you're interested in knowing more about these spaces, contact the Lannan Company for details about availability and rent.
