What Do You Think Of The New Market Basket?

We asked two random Market Basket shoppers, Joann Lane and Lisa Sargent, about their first impression of the new Market Basket on Amherst Street, which opened two weeks ago.

Joann Lane said she was disappointed that she couldn't find her favorite Cardini salad dressing, which the old Market Basket carried. However, she said the vegetable section was impressive – even though she's skeptical that everything marked organic is organic. She also questioned the East Coast peaches.

Lisa Sargent said she was impressed with the size of the store, and the cleanliness, and rated it an 8 out of 10.
