First impression: The orange-and-white checkered floor threw me – it has an old school vibe, which played right into the orange-and-white check-out conveyors, described by one person in line as "early 1950s diner." I'm OK with retro, but still, I guess I was expecting 21st century. Also, I had to look up "primal cuts," which sounded like something a person would need therapy to get over. Turns out it's a butchering term, but not what I thought. Also, "Grass Feed Beef," I think, should read "Grass Fed" but I'm a stickler for supermarket grammar. Finally, the best thing about the new store, besides the vast selection of take out food and fresh baked goods, is the Turkey Hill Double Dunker ice cream, which exists in no other NH supermarket chain that I know of. God bless Market Basket.
