Live Country Music Comes To Lawrence On Aug. 13

On Saturday, August 13, Meloden Nashville recording artist, Dennis Stephen will bring his "Country meets Rock" concert to One Broadway Collaborative in Lawrence, MA.

Dennis Stephen is a country rock music artist who has enjoyed performing for more than two decades. The singer-songwriter and guitarist is currently based in Boston, Massachusetts. Having also lived in Los Angeles and Nashville, Dennis has performed his original music in venues across the country. His latest album, “North Country” was released last year by Meloden Nashville, a division of Meloden Music USA. The album is streaming on all platforms, and on CD.

In his unique, one-man show, Dennis Stephen performs solo while singing and playing lead guitar live, accompanied by customized backing tracks (recorded by Dennis) to give a full and complete band sound. Songs in the high-energy show are a tasteful mix of his original country rock music, along with select country songs by Beatles, Alan Jackson, Eric Church, Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, Brooks & Dunn and others.

“Since I come from a musical background that always included rock and roll in the soup I'd serve, you can expect my songs to have heavier sounding drums and louder guitars that you might find in most country pop songs.” Dennis Stephen explains, “So it’s basically a fusion of country pop, rock, and topical lyrics - that's the mix that seems to work best for me.”
