Londonderry Teen Indicted On 13 Counts Of Child Sexual Abuse Images And Other Charges: Court Roundup

Derry teen accused of hiding gun from cops; homeless stalker indicted for stalking again; Salem man indicted in $100,000 extortion scheme.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Ava Lauren Bailey, 19, of South Avenue in Derry, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. She was accused of hiding a firearm beneath a mattress to impair an investigation on July 22, 2025, in Derry.

Derek D. Barczak, 43, of Juniper Road in Derry, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on June 15, 2025, in Londonderry. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of one or more prior offenses.

Wilbert Owen Boulette, 55, of Appleton Street in Manchester, on a felony count of tampering with witnesses and informants. He was accused of attempting to get another person to testify or falsely inform he was not driving when reporting a motor vehicle collision on Sept. 6, 2024, in Windham.

Krystal Marie Boyle, 46, of Flagg Road in Hollis, on two felony possession of a controlled drug, crack cocaine and methadone, charges, on Jan. 28, 2025, in Salem.

Daniel Ryan Brennan, 28, of Fairways Drive in Derry on five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .jpgs on Sept. 11, 2025, in Derry.

Brian Charles Brettell Jr., 18, of Beatrice Street in Danville, on felony counts of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He was accused of pointing a flare gun at another person on July 8, 2025, in Danville.

Brianna Leigh Harris, 35, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on a felony stalking charge. She was accused of following another person from Bedford to Plaistow on Sept. 1, 2025, which violated a criminal bail protective order issued by Hills North in August 2025. Previously, Harris was convicted of stalking in November 2023 in Laconia District Court.

Russell Leigh Hastings, 45, of Day Street in Kennebunk, Maine, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Portsmouth on April 16, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, Hastings has been convicted on theft charges.

Ryan Hebert, 19, of Buckthorn Street in Londonderry, on certain uses of computer services prohibited, indecent exposure and lewdness, endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, 13 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .mp4 files on his iPhone between July 1 and Oct. 1, 2025, in Londonderry. Hebert also used Snapchat to entice a child under 16 to commit indecent exposure and sent the girl a picture of his genitals on July 31, 2025, in Londonderry, according to indictments.

Bryan Jacob Hildreth, 49, of Millville Street in Salem, on a felony attempted theft by extortion charge. He was accused of sending an email to another person demanding $100,000 or he would disseminate intimate photos and-or videos of the victim to others if they did not comply with the demand on June 24, 2025, in Salem.

Stephen Joseph Hilton, 51, of Denworth Bell Circle in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-subsequent and possession of a controlled drug-meth-with intent to dispense-subsequent charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing less than an ounce of meth and selling it to a confidential informant of the Salem police on May 27, 2025. Hilton was previously convicted of one or more prior offenses, according to the indictment.

Kaylynn Marie Hoehn, 41, of Melrose Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of assaults by prisoners. She was accused of biting and scratching another person while inside the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on July 26, 2025.

Robert Allen Johnson, 38, of Beech Terrace in Derry, on two possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and meth, charges, both felonies, on Dec. 18, 2023, in Derry. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of one or more offenses.

Andrew Patrick Jones, 41, of Colby Road in Danville, on felony burglary and criminal trespass charges. He was accused of burglarizing a Jiffy Lube in North Hampton on March 4, 2025.
